Catch-all Emails
What exactly is a catch-all e-mail account? How does one function? How could you configure such an account?
A catch-all e-mailbox is one that gathers all the messages sent to nonexistent addresses. For example, if your email address is info@domain.com, but someone misspells it and sends an email to inof@domain.com, it will still be received in the catch-all mailbox that you have configured. Only one single mailbox per domain name can have this feature activated and in this way you will never miss emails because the other party has an obsolete address or has made a mistake. The disadvantage of setting up a catch-all mailbox is that you may start receiving lots of junk messages, but this problem can be resolved using anti-spam filtering software. It’s also crucial to keep in mind that a mailbox with an active catch-all functionality cannot forward incoming messages to a third-party address.

Catch-all Emails in Website Hosting
In case you host a domain name on our cloud hosting platform and you have a website hosting account, you’ll be able to enable the catch-all feature for any mailbox that you set up under the domain. The Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section offers quite a lot of functions, but it is unbelievably simple to work with, so creating a catch-all mailbox takes just one single click of the mouse. All the email addresses that you have will be enumerated in this section alphabetically and you’ll just need to click on the "Catch-all" button for the particular email address. Our system will inform you if there’s already another catch-all mailbox activated for that domain name or if the one that you would like to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding activated, so you can either deactivate the latter feature or choose another mailbox. Deactivating the catch-all option is just as easy and requires yet another mouse click on the same button.
- Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
The catch-all feature can be enabled with ease if you have a semi-dedicated server account with our company. All the email addresses that you’ve set up with the domains hosted in the semi-dedicated server account will be enumerated in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you’ll notice a tiny symbol conveniently situated directly next to each one of them. With just one single click of the mouse, you can enable or disable the catch-all option for any mailbox of your preference on the condition that there isn't another mailbox under the same domain with the option already activated and there isn't active email forwarding. Instead, you can right-click on an email address and enable this feature using the menu that will pop up. If any of the prerequisites for creating a catch-all mailbox is not satisfied, our system will warn you, but will not disable or replace anything automatically. - Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
